This is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Usui Reiki Level 1 Reiki Level 1 focuses on physical and self healing. You will learn how to connect to universal life force energy, you will be able to utilize Reiki for yourself, friends, animals, food, plants, spaces and whatever else your imagination tells you. Usui Reiki Level 2 The focus of level two is on learning three sacred symbols for physical, mental and emotional healing and on sending Reiki from a distance. We will explore how to use symbols to enhance the experience of Reiki and to empower us in our spiritual growth process. Usui Reiki Master Levels Reiki Master Levels are intended for Reiki practitioners who would like to continue their journey with Reiki and consider Reiki as an integral part of their lives and their future. You will deepen your understanding of working with energy, as well as you will be provided with new, extremely effective tools - your knowledge will be expanded with additional symbols, helpful in healing the body, spirit and various life situations.
